Sales Representative and Licensed Life Agent
We are looking for licensed Life and Health agents that are motivated Business Professionals wanting to jump start, or further their career in the Financial Services Industry. In addition to our Mortgage Protection Program, we also market to Baby Boomers for Final Expense and Annuities.

Our company generates exclusive leads IN HOUSE for our agents. Home Owners fill out a questionnaire and mail back the request for coverage to us. You call the family and set up an appointment to meet with them. Our agents average %75 close ratio, which allows them to exceed their personal target income. Income:
- Part-time: 45-75k yearly plus bonus
- Full-time: 75k+

Responsibilities:
Develop Client Base- Contact prospective clients by calling on warm leads. We provide the best leads in the country, and our prospects have NO DOUBT about what they are responding to. Tired of prospecting and chasing lists? WE focus 80% of our time on the sales process vs. programs that emphasize time spent prospecting.
Conduct Appointments- Enjoy interacting with prospective clients in their homes by understanding their insurance needs and making appropriate product recommendations. Our proven sales process, if duplicated, empowers you to make a sale every time you sit down with a client.
Sell a Variety of Products- With a comprehensive suite of insurance products to sell, you can ensure your clients feel protected no matter what life brings. We offer mortgage protection insurance, inexpensive term, universal life, final expense, annuities, disability and unique MONEY BACK term life insurance.

Position: Field Agent
Requirements:
- Must have an insurance license or be willing to obtain one
- Must pass background check
- Sales experience is a plus but not required
- Over 18 years of age

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
