JOB DUTIES:
The ability to interface with customers for computer system problem resolution, creating and troubleshooting user PKI application issues. Responsible for installation, configuration, break-fix, and support of PKI desktop technologies such as entrust esp. client, Microsoft certificates, and SSL certificates. Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues related to PKI business applications and the use of PKI certificates in lotus notes.
Responsible for issuing PKI certificates and SSL certificates. Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues related to certificates that are used by desktop application software with emphasis on MS-office, internet explorer, and e-mail software, lotus notes, and other productivity applications.

Additional Job Requirements:
Support PKI Desktop Applications on Windows 7
Support PKI integration with Lotus Notes
Support other PKI applications as needed
Issue PKI certificates to end users
End User support for PKI Service
Ability to work with MS Excel to process monthly PKI certificate billings
Candidate will update PKI documentation for end users as needed
Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skillsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
