When coming to one of our HAPIK centers, our customers have access to a wide range of fun climbing walls and challenges (fully secured through auto belays) as well as high rope courses for everyone.
Currently, we are seeking team members for our location in Firewheel-Garland, TX.
HAPIK Firewheel is one of our 3 centers in the USA (the other 2 are located in Los Angeles and New York).
It is a great time to join the HAPIK adventure! Job description & key responsibilities The Team Member will work directly with Guests, ensuring a great experience while enforcing HAPIK safety standards.
All Team Members may be assigned duties in one or more area at the park at management discretion.
Reception and snacking area.
Orientation briefing and equipment.
Climbing zone supervision.
Parties and events host.
General responsibilities for all positions include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining a safe environment.
Providing a great customer experience.
Maintaining a clean environment.
Developing Park sales.
Delivering efficient day to day operations.
Creating a strong team culture.
Qualifications Customer Service and Retail Sales experience preferred.
Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
