Typical Duties and
Responsibilities:
Design, print, and inspect all sterile & bulk labels on product packages to ensure they comply with industry and/or government regulations.
Establishes and implements policies and procedures regarding document storage, sharing, transmission and destruction.
Ensures security of system and integrity of master documents by implementing document and system access rights and revision controls.
Communicates and consults with other staff when assessing, acquiring, or deploying new electronic document management systems to ensure smooth transition and minimal disruption.
Maintains current knowledge of best practices and developments in document management.
Oversees administrative work in an office setting to organize and manage office documents.
Organizes archival systems.
Labeling, sorting, and categorizing documents for ease of use.
Retrieving documents upon request.
Coordinates and prioritizes document workflows for various departments/groups and assist with training objectives.
Adheres to regulatory requirements.
Works with colleagues to ensure consistency of documentation practices across the company.
Assists with training new employees on efficient documentation usage.
Assists with both internal and external audits.
Ensures documentation integrity.
Assists and supports continuous process improvement initiatives.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications Outstanding organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding or laws and regulations regarding document management.
