Human Resource Administrator
Reputable 3rd Party Logistics company in the industry, priding themselves on their wide scope of solutions they offer to their clients, as well as reputation for excellence in the market, is seeking a Human Resource Administrator!

Responsibilities:
-Oversee HR/Administration function, including onboarding, employee training, coaching, and handling sensitive internal issues
-Proactively identifying problems and implementing effective solutions
-Partner with the operations/account management and sales teams for optimal customer satisfaction
-Present a streamlined technology solution developing a detailed analysis of customized needs in challenging areas
-Ensure the company is in compliance with the applicable programs and training
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree
-5-7 years of HR/Admin, risk, and compliance, specifically within 3PL/transportation
-Experience working for a transportation company is required
-High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors
-A multi-tasker, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
