Using healthcare integration standards such as HL7 and FHIR coupled with modern tools and design patterns, you will lead a team of engineers in architecting and building solutions that allow Net Health products to improve customer workflows, reduce duplicate data entry and provide timely access to healthcare data.
In this role, you will need to effectively communicate and collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure product alignment with integrated solutions.
Extensive experience with healthcare information systems, healthcare integration standards and electronic data interchange is required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Lead a team of engineers in efforts to design, develop and maintain integration platforms that promote modern healthcare integration standards and conform to best practices.
Foster collaboration among key internal stakeholders and customers to promote integrated strategies and solutions that are aligned with product strategy and that best meet customer needs.
Support compliance needs to conform to regulatory requirements related to integrations.
Identify and analyze metrics to measure the quality of integration engineering and to effectively drive quality improvement.
Analyze tools and solutions to accelerate data standardization among core company EHRs.
Work with engineering, architecture, and quality engineering to ensure alignment with efforts to design and engineer integrated solutions that conform to coding standards and best practices.
Support Sales leadership as a subject matter expert, demonstrating the ability to speak clearly and knowledgeably about industry standards and company integration capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming or Software Engineering or equivalent experience 12
years of experience with healthcare integration 5
years in a healthcare integration engineering leadership position 4
years supervisory experience Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders REQUIRED SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE Extensive experience with healthcare integration standards such as HL7, FHIR and CCDA Strong understanding of regulatory requirements with a proven track record of leading compliant integration efforts Extensive experience with a wide variety of data exchanges, including file-based exchanges, TCP/IP, SOAP and REST APIs Experience with building custom integrations using an interface engine such as Mirth, Rhapsody, Corepoint Note:
