The Position:
Technical Support Expert- ECM Motor OEM Products Report to:
Head of Motor Product International SalesJob Description1.
Responsible for all technical support related aspects of existing customers and prospect customers:
escalations, product performance, system installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
2.
Responsible for the documentation of development technology challenges in the North American market and facilitate the problem solving with internal and external contacts;3.
Shortlist the quality needs of clients; document the voice of the customer; facilitate internal audit preparation and serve as a point of contact for client factory site audit.
4.
Take the lead in technical support (process, after-sales, etc.
) in North American market (ECM priority);5.
In charge of the whole value chain management of North American market.
Requirement1.
Bachelor's degree or above, Major in electrical, mechanical, refrigeration or related engineering2.
Familiar with HVAC system or ECM motor engineering.
3.
Five years and above experience with HVAC or appliance OEMs components supply chain business in U.
S Market.
