Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events - Assist with project coordination, including organizing documents and maintaining project files - Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain records and databases - Process orders and perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Provide administrative support to the office, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents - Assist with general office tasks such as sorting mail, ordering supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness - Billing ,Accounts recievable and payable.
- Dispatching Requirements:
- Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to handle calls professionally - Previous experience working in HVAC dispatching is preferred - Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Quick books - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and helpful attitude Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
