Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries - Verify patient insurance coverage and collect necessary information - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Assist with billing and payment processing - Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure patient privacy and confidentiality - Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide seamless patient care - Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a chiropractic, dental or medical office setting - Familiarity with chiropractic or medical terminology and procedures - Proficiency in using chiropractic or medical office software systems (e.
g.
, Eclipse / Lytec) - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Note:
