As a Construction Project Manager at Regas Contracting, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as needed to meet project goals.
Ensure all construction work adheres to safety and quality standards.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A successful history of managing construction projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Starting Salary:
The starting salary for this position is between $110,000 and $130,000, depending on experience.
