Basic Requirements are as follows; At least 1 year as an MDS Coordinator MDS completion in a timely, accurate, documentation-supported manner Development of individualized care plans reflective of the residents' status Coordination of assessments and services by other clinical departments Knowledge of QM's, SNF QRP and QIPP Liaison to rehab team Managed care clinical authorization and justifications; State-required form completion ADL training and support Restorative nursing program management Other duties as assigned.
