We are excited to be working with a successful family run restaurant group in Texas.
They are seeking an Assistant General Manager to work alongside the General Manager to lead the operations of this upscale, fast casual restaurant.
Responsibilities of the Assistant General Manager:
You will work with the General Manage to manage the restaurant's day-to-day activities Ensure smooth running of the restaurant and ensure all guest queries and issues are addressed and rectified in a prompt, efficient manor Support the recruitment, training and development process You will work closely with the kitchen operations to ensure an exceptional guest experience Be financially astute, manage inventory levels and order supplies as required adhering to budgets The Ideal Candidate:
