This Senior Manager position will be responsible for developing and managing strategic procurement strategies for flooring and related products.
This leader must have experience with RFMS and a full understanding of how to create and manage product cards.
This role requires leadership experience in the multi-family and/or flooring industry.
This position will manage the company logistics and shipping programs, special ordering program, and managing pricing discrepancies.
Also, this role will help manage and support our national purchasing programs and ensure compliance with our buying commitments.

Develop strategies to maintain and manage product cards inside RFMS effectively and efficiently.
Develop strategies to maintain and handle special orders effectively and efficiently.
Manage our Logistics/Shipping program, ensure system integrity and accuracy, and regularly update branches of changes.
Manage and communicate pricing discrepancies with accounting as needed.
Work with our Senior Leadership team to develop strategic recommendations to implement pricing programs and buying commitments.
Develop a product substitutions program for all our locations.
Maintain and manage the RFMS B2B program.
Develop strategies to perform accurate and timely quarterly inventory audits.
Senior Manager of Purchasing and Procurement Competencies Strong oral and written communication skills with a consistent track record of building effective working relationships.
Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend sales data analytics for forecasting, production, and communication with others.
Ability to manage multiple projects and often under tight time frames.
Advanced skills working in MS Office suite.
Knowledge and application of supplier contract strategy, negotiations, contractual terms, and contract administration.
Knowledge of supplier processes and supply chain risk factors, including experience in assessing and mitigating risk in the supply base.
Strong skills in leadership, negotiations, influencing, project management, troubleshooting & problem solving, analysis, and strategic thinking.
Education and Work Experience Requirements High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree in related field highly preferred.
Minimum 4 years of experience in Purchase Management, strategic sourcing, or equivalent.
Flooring Industry knowledge is a plus.
Strong RFMS Systems experience is a plus.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
