This role will advocate for one of our key accounts and is expected to ensure their needs are met and their experiences exceed expectations.
You will be a problem-resolution expert that will partner with other cross-functional departments within the company.
Primary Responsibilities Act as the primary escalation point between the client and the company to enhance overall client experience Manage our key account by representing your team externally with clients and internally by working with direct reports and supporting positions Develop a thorough understanding of the clients' product/service, shipping and fulfillment needs, and customer service expectations Manage client input and feedback for all projects with detailed direction and timelines Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new and upcoming projects Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis Assist in resolving service problems by clarifying the client's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrective action; following up to ensure resolution, including taking the lead when necessary Accurately record shipping information and communicate to client or end-user as appropriate Bid LTL shipments and process freight shipments (outbound and inbound) Process LTL shipments including BOLs and PRO# tracking Provide the Accounting Team with appropriate data and backup documentation to ensure accurate client billing Ensure all deliverables are met through appropriate organization and time management Ensure activities are executed in keeping with client contracts Approach every issue with a win/win frame of mind Prepare documents/reports on issue resolution; develop and implement process improvements to reduce the number of client issues/complaints Experience Required Internship or professional experience in a customer service role Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback Elite Fulfillment Solutions is a full service warehousing and fulfillment center.
We are conveniently located in Garland, Texas with easy access to major interstates, rail yards and D/FW Airport.
This central location means cost-efficient and on-time shipping anywhere in the US.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
