CarrollCLEAN is a registered EPA (FIFRA) & NSF manufacturing organization, operates FDA-approved facilities, follows documented Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) We are looking for an experienced, proactive project assistant to work collaboratively with our team on specific short- and long-term projects.
In this role, you will oversee tasks delegated to you by the project manager, coordinate with all necessary vendors and service providers, and ensure that the project is moving forward on time and on budget.
You will need to be highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks while working independently.
The ability to motivate others and keep them on task in a positive and encouraging manner is also a must-have skill in this position.
Responsibilities:
Assisting project managers with day-to-day tasks and coordinating project activities.
Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email.
Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met.
Communicating effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders Scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently.
Preparing project reports and documentation.
Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion.
Identifying and mitigating project risks.
Requirements:
a degree in business administration, project management, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive and encouraging personality.
Able to proactively address potential issues.
Excellent computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
Minimum of 2 years' relevant work experience in the industry.
Highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the team's success.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
