Duties &
Responsibilities:
Supports T-Shirt Tycoon Sales Processes customer PO's and order in ENT Works with Purchasing to get the necessary materials ordered Works with Production Art to get the CD/PDF (Production Proof) created Assists customers with any questions or concerns regarding their order(s) Assists production personnel with any questions or updates Ensures the order goes smoothly from the moment it is handed off to CS until it has shipped to the customer Experience & Education:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Microsoft Office Suite experience or knowledge Data entry and/or customer service experience Skills Able to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos Able to write correspondences Able to communicate effectively one-on-on and in groups with customers and other employees Able to perform basic mathematics (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals Able to work under pressure Reasoning Ability Understand and carry out detailed but uninvolved written and/or oral instructions Problem solving Job Type:
