25/hr Perform work involving sign fabrication, installation, removal, repair, and maintenance of all traffic signs including overhead traffic control signs at heights up to 30 feet.
Operate, maintain, and repair street marking equipment.
Using a laptop computer, enter records of installed signs and markings in the asset management program.
Trim trees and/or shrubbery causing visibility obstructions of traffic control signs.
Install and maintain pavement markings on streets; including centerlines, lane lines, crosswalks and fire lanes.
Setup barricades, cones and signing in a safe manner to control traffic for lane, road closures and special events.
