We are currently recruiting Manufacturing Associates to join our growing team at our Garland Assembly Plant.
No experience is necessary - Andersen will train new employees on our manufacturing best practices.
Pay rate:
$16-$17.
16/hr
6% shift differential on 2nd shift and 9% shift differential on 3rd shift Hiring on 2nd and 3rd Shift! Responsibilities Responsible for fabrication, assembly and managing the flow of material throughout the plant.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Following all required safety practices and company standards Operating manufacturing equipment and hand tools Producing high quality work that conforms to standards Able to work in a team environment Participating in on-the job training initiatives and seeking out growth opportunities Maintaining good attendance and punctuality Supporting a respectful workplace Qualifications High school diploma, GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing operation is a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule including some overtime and weekends Desire to learn new skills and cross-train in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
