The Lead Person plans, organizes, helps staff, directs, and controls the warehouse activities.
Assisting in the selection, training, and motivation of the workforce are key responsibilities.
The Lead Person is accountable for helping to achieve company objectives in regard to safe workplace, properly trained work force, labor cost efficiency, employee productivity, customer service, efficient storage, accuracy and clean food grade warehouse.
Shifts Available:
1st Shift Monday-Friday 7:
00AM-3:
30PM 2nd Shift Monday- Friday 2;00PM - 10:
30 PM Weekend Shift -Saturday Monday, 6am-6:
30 PM The successful candidate:
Participates in a team environment focused on hard work and fun.
Has a valid forklift permit or pass the written test/obstacle course for forklift certification.
Has prior success building, leading and directing a team to meet business metrics.
Can train team members in safe equipment operation and maintenance.
