Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team.
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions and providing exceptional guest service during the overnight shift.

This Position will require you to work 5 days a week OFF on Fridays and Saturdays! Duties:
- Perform nightly audits of the hotel's financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness - Verify the accuracy of guest accounts by reconciling charges and payments - Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction - Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and assisting with guest inquiries - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred - Strong knowledge of phone systems and guest services - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Multilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of PEP system is preferred - Must be able to work overnight shifts If you are looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry, please apply with your resume.
