$130k Per Annum to $142k PA base plus 15% annual bonus, 4% match on 401k and very good overall benefitsSorry Client cannot sponsor or transfer Visas at this time(No H1s or EADs) - Those authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship are encouraged to applyWe are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a global company, we are seeking a ServiceNow developer (90% development skills ) with some experience in the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) space.
Responsibilities:
Configure and implement GRC/IRM related business processes into ServiceNow including Policy and Compliance Management, Vulnerability Management, and other Risk Management processes. Deliver GRC technology enablement services to enable and automate risk management processes (i.e., risk assessments, risk mitigation strategies, and risk register, etc.) Design and develop enhancements for the existing GRC modules of GRC tools and help fix issues or defects which arise in the production environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement solutions using ServiceNow platform. Customize and enhance ServiceNow workflows, forms, and business rules to meet organizational requirements. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of ServiceNow applications to ensure optimal performance. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve issues related to ServiceNow implementations. Stay informed about the latest ServiceNow features and updates to continuously improve our systems.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow GRC/IRM and use cases including Policy and Compliance, Vulnerability Management, Audit, Risk and Vendor Risk Management. 3
years' experience building governance, risk and compliance processes, models and workflows within the ServiceNow environment. ServiceNow Certifications a strong plus. Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) a plus. CISSP, CISA, CRISC or other relevant certifications are a plus Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to evolving customer requirements. Able to work effectively in an environment with many competing and high priority demands. Serve as the Principal ServiceNow application developer responsible for implementing GRC/IRM solution design using best industry practices Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, and configurations. Experience working in a global company environment, understanding diverse business needs. Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and convey technical concepts.
