Qualifications:
Solid understanding of data center operations and infrastructure, coupled with technical proficiency in relevant areas.
Experience as engineering support technician or similar role Ability to build and move racks, manage hardware equipment, and perform software updates Ensure the equipment is running optimally for the engineers as they use the equipment for testing The ability to work collaboratively with excellent written and verbal communication Demonstrates proactive problem-solving, adept at working in ambiguous situations, and excels in thinking outside the box.
Preferred
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience with Mac OS.
Proficient in running simple scripts, hands-on troubleshooting, and organic triaging (non-scripted) Location:
