Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and process payroll using QuickBooks.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial reports and statements.
- Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks.
Skills:
- Proficient in using QuickBooks accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of debits, credits, and basic accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Financial acumen and ability to interpret financial data accurately.
