Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated, creative leader to join our team as a Sr.
Forging Engineer.
In this role, you will develop procedures and tooling required to manufacture aluminum and magnesium aerospace and munitions forgings efficiently.
You will design final forging configurations, pre-forms, blockers, dies, support tools, and fixtures.
We need someone passionate about forging with expertise in die design to manage first article tryouts and identify optimum production processes.
If you have strong technical skills and enjoy solving problems, this could be a great fit.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDesign final forging configuration around machine part envelopesCreate pre-form, blocker, and finisher die designsDevelop support tooling and fixture designsOptimize processes to create simple shaped hand-forgingsSupport manufacturing with forging process knowledgeLead small teams and manage assignments to meet schedulesMaintain competency with CAD software like CATIA, AutoCAD, and SolidWorksApply and interpret GD&T properlyImplement plans and recommendations by collaborating with various teamsRequired ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering8-10 years designing dies and processes for aluminum and magnesium aerospace and munitions forgingsExperience with hydraulic forging presses and closed die tooling5

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
