Responsibilities:
- Operate cash box and handle cash transactions accurately - Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Maintain a clean laundromat enviromet.
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service - Check in laundry orders from out customers in the POS system.
-Wash, dry, and fold customers orders that arrive at the laundromat to the customers specifications.
Qualifications:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculations - Experience operating a cash register is preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds We offer competitive pay rates, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within the company.
