7K a year Oakhill Day School was established in 1994, and has built a reputation as a family oriented child care center serving the Garland area.
We are currently looking for a Lead Full Time Kinder Prep Teacher.
Candidates must have cleared background and fingerprint check, CPR & First Aid certified (can be done upon hire), flexible availability, have reliable transportation, and references are required.
Our ideal candidate is a team oriented person, is able to communicate effectively, and exhibits strength in the following areas:
Establish and enforce rules of behavior for children in their classrooms Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children Ability to focus on the individual needs of our children Develop and implement weekly lesson plans in accordance with our curriculum Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities Provide support to our children whenever necessary Have a positive upbeat attitude, as well as an energetic personality that will get the children excited Must be caring, compassionate, and patient Highly organized Work Location:
