Quality awareness and accurate production reporting is a major responsibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Work in safe manner and adhere to all safety rules and policies Meet and/or exceed daily production goals.
Report all issues to leads or supervisors.
Strive to keep product waste to a minimum; inspect finished products.
Attendance at work during the regularly scheduled shift is an essential duty.
This includes, but is not limited to the ability to work overtime as required, to be present at work, arrive on time and be at the work station ready for work at the start of the shift.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Safety:
Must have an outstanding safety record and follow all safety policies and procedures.
o Participate in safety training and meetings.
o Maintain clean and safe work area.
o Report all injuries/accidents near misses immediately to supervisor or a member of management.
o Report all unsafe acts and conditions.
o Use equipment and materials properly.
o Ability to read and use a tape measure o Able to read labels (provide training) o Able to lift up to 40 lbs o Able to use a hammer and hand tools o Able to work standing for minimum of 8 hours o Able to work with fiberglass insulation as required Job Type:
