Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Verify insurance coverage and process necessary paperwork - Collect payments for services rendered and provide receipts - Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow - Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality - Handle any administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor -Seat patients, take blood pressure
Experience:
