Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness Strong attention to detail Maintain the appearance of the facilities and grounds Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees Regularly clean and clear tables, chairs, walkways, windows, floors, restrooms, and walls Trash collection and disposal Special clean up situations are to be expected Properly use all safety equipment Provide superior guest service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner as this is a high guest interaction based position Assist customers with all questions regarding Hawaiian Waters Waterpark including facility layout and amenities Follow all park policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Applicants must be at least 16 years of age Ability to accept guidance and supervision Ability to communicate effectively with the public, customers and staff members Be aware, attentive, and work well with others Energy and enthusiasm for long days Must be able to multitask and be flexible in a fast-paced environment Ability to work in extreme weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection Must be able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays to meet business needs Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or more than 45 pounds.
