com We are looking for an RV Resort Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodations.
Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about RV sites, rates and amenities.
If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hospitality industry, we'd like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
This is a challenging and exciting work environment (fast paced).
In order to achieve success, the Lake Shore RV Resort team must embrace certain core principles and values such as, integrity, honesty, loyalty, positive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Background check, drug screening and references are required and will be verified.
Responsibilities Perform all check-in and check-out tasks Manage online and phone reservations Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data Register guests, collecting necessary information (like contact details, payment details and exact dates of the stay) Welcome guests upon their arrival and take them to their site or rental unit.
Provide information about our resort, availability, rates, amenities and area attractions.
Respond to clients' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner Liaise with our housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure all sites or rentals are clean, tidy and fully prepared to accommodate guests' needs Confirm group reservations and arrange them according to their preference Upsell services, when appropriate Maintain updated records of bookings and payments Skills Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role Experience with reservations software, like RMS.
