Responsibilities:
Manage financial aspects, including labor, material, expenses, and changes for assigned projects.
Oversee Superintendent/CAD drawings for accurate installation.
Develop and maintain project budgets using construction drawings.
Provide monthly financial projections for assigned projects.
Create project-specific schedules of values for positive cash flow.
Generate monthly progress billing and manage project submittals.
Maintain logs for submittals, drawings, correspondence, and changes.
Handle RFIs - submit, review, file, and log.
Price, budget, track, sell, and collect proposed changes.
-Execute material purchases and manage buyouts following SOP.
Monitor major deliveries to jobsites.
Assist the Superintendent with miscellaneous issues.
Set up cost codes and assist in production tracking.
Conduct weekly jobsite visits and attend meetings.
Prepare outgoing correspondence as needed.
Analyze project schedules and issue notices and alerts.
Collaborate effectively with jobsite Superintendent.
Organize and submit job closeout documentation.
Requirements:
Proficiency in people and process management.
Knowledge of financial software, accounting practices, change order pricing, and billings.
Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling.
Competence in information analysis and budget setup.
