Lab TechnicianJob DescriptionPerforms a variety of technical research, development, and tests on products and samples.
Responsibilities may include analyzing basic formulas, performing calculations, and preparing and testing a range of technologies and methods.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKSComply with test methods according to set standards.
Document all formulation processes.
Function with sustained supervision and write simple reports, outlining procedures used and the results obtained.
Complete proper forms and documents when necessary.
Attend quality, safety, technical meetings and seminars as necessary.
Comply with all safety and security regulations, and maintain a clean work area.
Manage work in accordance of timeline goals.
Adhere to company safety and quality standards at all times.
Additional duties as assigned.
Organizes work to use time efficiently.
Seeks assistance on priorities for scheduling work.
Verbally communicates routine information to supervisor and others in platform.
Is receptive and attentive to instructions.
Recognizes routine requirements and selects proper, simple procedures for obtaining desired results to solve problems.
Possesses basic ability to analyze data.
Independently performs basic tasks as outlined by supervisor or others.
Operates basic equipment.
May assist with more complex operations or tasks.
Uses computing tools to capture and record data.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONSMust be legally authorized to work in the country for which you are applying for employment (without now or in the future needing sponsorship for employment work visa and/or permanent residence status).
