Your performance and bonus will be measured by 2 primary metrics 1.
The number of appointments booked for customers to meet the puppies 2.
The number of closed sales from the booked appointments.
There will be alot of phone calls, alot of unique situations.
Positivity, great communication skills and a natural, genuine ability to sell are a must for this position.
You will learn how to build value, overcome objections, run financing, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
