About the Role:
Brooks Plumbing is seeking a long-term, full-time Claims Processor/Billing Admin to assist with reporting and billing invoices.
Duties will include:
Claims processing Primary Duty Invoice billing Primary Duty Answering phones Dispatching Scheduling appointments Communicating with field technicians Processing payments Filing (very light) Management support Accounts receivable General office duties The Ideal Candidate:
A result-driven individual who works well under pressure and in a busy environment will flourish.
Frequently our office mascot, Rusty the beagle, attends work so an allergy to dogs may deter you from being comfortable in our office.
While we are a business, we are a business comprised of real people and we enjoy someone with a sense of humor! Office experience is a plus, however, we will train you in all aspects of the job.
You do not have to be a plumber/experienced with plumbing or insurance claims to work in our office.
