Responsibilities:
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and update job notes appropriately Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way Skills:
Strong communication, both written and verbal Great active listening skills Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills A patient and empathetic attitude Strong time management and organizational skills Adaptability and flexibility Comfortable working in fast-paced environments Computer literacy Ability to type 35 wpm Ability to sit for long periods of time This is a Full time, Monday-Friday 9a-6p, position.
The shift will change to Tuesday-Saturday within the next 5 months.
Monday-Friday 8a-5p during training We are looking to hire by the first week of January 2024.
