The ideal candidate is smart, out going, well presented, multi-taking and cheerful.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY:
-Check in/ Check out patients.
-Greet patients on their way in and out.
-Check emails and schedule new patients.
-Email and mail referral letters.
-Keep reception area neat and clean and stocked up.
-Communication between front and back office.
-Efficiently manage productivity and profitability of the office -Build rapport with vendors and representatives INSURANCE BILLING Accurately process insurance claims, apply payments from insurers, follow up of denials / submission of appeals, submit Pre-Authorizations as needed.
Manage monthly and outstanding claims weekly Responsible for billing dental insurance, posting payments, and claim estimations.
Must be tenacious at collecting past due accounts and pay attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Dental experience preferred, but not required Leadership skills Professional demeanor Customer service experience Driven/Overachiever/Performer Excellent oral and written communication skills Conflict resolution experience and skills Proven multi-tasking ability Open to personal development Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required Compensation and
