We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Architectural Project Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in architecture and design to play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating the execution of our commercial and retail construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design development, project management, and will be proficient in using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
Responsibilities:
1.
Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
2.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless project execution.
3.
Utilize Revit and Adobe Creative Suite to create and modify architectural designs, plans, and drawings.
4.
Oversee the design development process, ensuring all designs align with client specifications and industry standards.
5.
Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure all project components are aligned and integrated seamlessly.
6.
Regularly report project progress to senior management, providing updates on timelines, budgets, and any potential issues or delays.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design Management, or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in architectural project management, preferably within the commercial and retail sectors.
3.
Proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
