Responsibilities:
1.
Project Management:
Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting quality standards.
2.
Planning and Scheduling:
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
3.
Cost Estimation:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for drywall installation and other construction activities.
Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
4.
Team Leadership:
Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors, to achieve project objectives.
Provide guidance and support as required.
5.
Quality Control:
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all construction activities, including drywall installation, meet industry standards and client expectations.
6.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
Regularly monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
7.
Client Communication:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates and maintain strong client relationships.
8.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
Generate comprehensive project reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications:
1.
Minimum of 3
years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
2.
Proven expertise in drywall installation and construction techniques.
3.
Strong knowledge of building acoustics and the ability to implement appropriate solutions.
4.
Proficiency in using software such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), and DESTINI E for project management and estimation.
5.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team of professionals.
6.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
8.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
9.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results within specified timelines and budgets.
10.
A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
