We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Financial Analyst to join our team in the Distribution/Manufacturing Industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to apply your financial expertise in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, financial modeling, and advanced Excel.
Experience with Great Plains Software, Jet Reporting, SQL, and Microsoft Access is preferred.
The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
1.
Developing, maintaining, and improving financial models to support strategic initiatives.
2.
Preparing a trial balance and reconciling entries.
3.
Resolving discrepancies in financial reports and accounts.
4.
Conducting financial analysis and forecasting.
5.
Preparing and presenting financial reports to management.
6.
Utilizing Great Plains Software for financial management and reporting.
7.
Using Jet Reporting, SQL, and Microsoft Access for data analysis and reporting.
8.
Collaborating with other team members to support financial planning and analysis.
9.
Providing insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need the following
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
3.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel.
4.
Experience in preparing a trial balance, reconciling entries, and resolving discrepancies.
5.
Familiarity with Great Plains Software, Jet Reporting, SQL, and Microsoft Access.
6.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
8.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
9.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
