This is an exciting entry level position in our branch network and ideal for candidates interested working in a teamwork environment and interfacing with AAA members by providing insurance and membership services support.
In this role you will:
Be provided with the training you need on an array of AAA products and services to interface with members with confidence and help you meet your individual and team cross-selling goalsBe given opportunities to advance with skills-based pay increases, quarterly bonuses, and career growth.

Perform routine and advanced duties in support of agents and other team membersDevelop insurance leads for office sales agents and life specialistsBe expected to be available during our branch hours of operation:
Monday through Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday 10am - 2pm.
We are closed on Sundays and most holidays.
The ideal candidate will have:
Prior experience in insurance, retail sales, banking or similar customer service/sales environmentAdvanced customer service skillsAbility to work overtime including SaturdaysAbility to travel locally when necessaryProficiency with Microsoft Office basicsProven ability to exceed assigned sales or service quality goalsExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsAdaptability to change and ability to meet deadlinesRequirementsA high school diploma or GEDMust have a valid in state Driver's license and good driving recordSuccessful completion of background check and drug screeningAbility to qualify for Property and Casualty LicenseRemarkable
