HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST NEEDED - DALLAS, TEXAS AREA A Leading Automotive Supplier in the Dallas, Texas area is in need of a Human Resources Generalist.
This is a Full Time, Permanent, Direct Hire Position offering Competitive Compensation, Bonus Potential, Good Benefits, Paid Holidays and Paid Vacation.

Responsibilities:
o Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
o Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
o Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and performing pre-employment screenings.
o Responsible for On Boarding and Orientation for all New Hires and Temp Staff.
o Designated manager to protect confidentiality of classified and/or personal information.
o Primary liaison with temporary employee agency to ensure adequate staffing levelso Assist with performance management procedures.
o Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
o Coordinate training sessions and prepare training materials.
o Organize timesheets for each department.
o Process weekly, and Bi-Weekly payrollso Maintain accurate filing system for HR documents.
o Oversee the postings of HR documents and announcements.
o Assist with employee forums and meetings.
o Participates in health and safety hazard identification and control activities.
o Provide general support to visitors.
o Deals with and handles confidential situations and matters daily.
o Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
