We seek to provided only the highest quality of general dentistry for patients of all socioeconomic backgrounds and age.
We are seeking a front office staff who is reliable, energetic and a team player to join and grow with us.
This position requires knowledge of all dental front office operations.
Compensation will be based on experience and ability to learn and adapt.
The right candidate should have experience in dental front desk and should have great communication skills.
This is a full time position and must be willing to work every Saturdays.
Great energy and attitude is a MUST.
Familiarity with Open Dental is a preferred but not required.
Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is preferred.
Must be able to multi task.
Job
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and set up appointments, call patients for appointment reminders and broken appointments, have knowledge of all insurances including PPOs, Medicaid, verify all insurances such as PPOs, Medicaid, CHIP, be able to effectively present treatment plan to patients, communicate with specialty offices, daily housekeeping (will be shared w other staff).
