com is currently hiring for our Customer Care Advocate (CCA) Center.
The hours for this position is 10a-7p Monday - Friday.
The successful candidate will answer and transfer inbound calls while absorbing fast paced training on products, procedures and policies.
The candidate grows into the capability to assist our Residential Clients with basic questions, up to and including placing orders.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls; approximately 75
calls per day at peak season Provide high quality, white glove service and support to achieve and maintain rapport with customers.
Skills/
Qualifications:
Quality telephone etiquette Must be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient PC and MS Office skills Demonstrate job stability is a must Inbound/outbound customer service work experience Ability to multitask and establish priorities; Solid organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Our team members enjoy:
